Recently had home roof replacement completed by Roof Pros Storm Division. Analeecia, the project lead, was fantastic. She handled all the steps from start to finish, leaving very little for us to do other than make a few phone calls to our insurance company. The installation team was very efficient, professional and thorough. The clean-up was amazing. Not one thing in our yard was out of place after they left. Highly recommend.

Josh Martin was outstanding from the moment he arrived. His professionalism, knowledge, and honesty immediately earned my trust. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and never made us feel pressured. If I were choosing based solely on the representative, I would have absolutely loved to have Josh and his company complete our roof.
The only reason we ultimately went with another contractor was the price. Once we had made a commitment to the other company, we felt it was important to honor our word rather than back out. That decision honestly saddens me because Josh made such a positive impression.
I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing representative. He is a true asset to his company

Very pleased with recent roof replacement due to hail damage by Roof Pros. The team of sales and Reps were very professional. Their knowledge guiding the filling of Ins. claim was very detailed resulting in approval. The roofing crew was skilled and did a wonderful job. Communication by Ana Ransom roof consultant was excellent as she guided a professional installation. They truly are Pros!

I highly recommend Roof Pros! Jason Ransom was so great and helpful through the entire process. Always responded when I had questions. The dreaded part of getting forms and paperwork together and sent to where they needed to go wasn't stressful at all! They will take care of it for you! The crew was here on time and got the job done and cleaned up the same day!

Jason Ransom with Roof Pros was really great to work with. He exceeded our expectations and had years of knowledge and expertise. I had my roof consultation and installation with Kris Drake a few years ago, and I am still impressed by the level of service provided. Kris is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he exercised a great deal of patience throughout the entire process. He provided expert oversight to the team that installed my new roof, ensuring that every detail was handled correctly, including a thorough and impressive cleanup.
What truly sets Kris apart is his dedication. I reached out to him today with a few general questions, and he took the time to call me back even though he was out of state working on another project! That is the absolute epitome of excellent customer service.
Additionally, I contacted the local office and spoke with Steve Taylor and Amanda. Both handled my requests admirably and addressed all of my concerns with efficiency and care. This entire team deserves special recognition for the professional way they handle business.

Roof Pros was very personable and professional from the start of our project. They were with us through every step, allowing us to get a beautiful new roof. Very professional, thorough and transparent service from Jordan Carlson and his team. I had some roof damage which was easily repaired and then a roof treatment was applied to entire roof to extend longevity in lieu of an entire roof replacement. I look forward to working with the team again, when the replacement will be needed. Highly recommend.

It was very long and drawn out process from the insurance, but Grayson handled the entire way professionally and in a timely manner. Working with insurance on a roof claim was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, but he made the process easier for me to make sure I was taken care of.
He stood by his work and held himself accountable for anything I was dissatisfied with. He even came back after the whole transaction to take care of a few things for me. I got my new roof and I'm very happy with it. Thank you so much, Grayson and the crew at Roof Pros.

A tremendous shoutout to Logan Parham with Roof Pros Storm Division! From start to finish, Logan was in communication every step of the way (before, during, and after). He handled everything and I couldn’t do it without him. From helping us pick out the perfect color and staying onsite all day making sure everything went smoothly. What could’ve been a super stressful process felt easy and taken care of because of him. We’re beyond thankful for his hard work, professionalism, and kindness. We absolutely love how our new roof turned out. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Roof Pros is a highly reputable company. The total roof replacement was completed as scheduled. Staff are highly competent, professional and courteous. Out of 5 presentations I received for hail damage to my roof, Damian Wolfe of Roof Pros was the most professional. His communication and follow up were great. He knows the insurance companies and deals with them effectively. It's been a year since the job was done and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended him to several people and they have all been pleased and I will continue to recommend him.

I was blown away by the professionalism of Roof Pros. The entire experience was easy and fast. Roof Pros had sent out a flyer in the mail for a free inspections for hail damage and I said, "What the heck? I will call and have our roof checked out." The next day I was contacted by Grayson Johansen to come out and do an inspection. He showed up promptly with all the equipment, gave a rundown of what he was going to look at and time frame of his work. He walked around the perimeter of the house as well looking for and hail damage to windows and downspouts, etc. After about an hour he came down and showed a video he had taken and what he found on the roof. Old hail damage vs new, how much damage in a given area, and so on. The evidence was there and they would take care of all the documentation and estimates regarding measuring and quoting. I was very impressed with Grayson's knowledge and professionalism. He stayed in contact through the whole process and kept us informed of details needed and timelines.
Unfortunately, I didn't have Roof Pros replace my roof due to details of my insurance coverage at the time.
Roof Pros does use Service Finance for loans if you need to finance your roof though.
I would call them up in a heartbeat if I needed them again. Great people to work with.
